. I currently have a replacement pebble after my alleged waterproof device first device shorted out in a pool after having the device for a mere 5 months!!! Now the replacement has another issue...Disappointment does not begin to describe how I feel. Can a fitbit moderator jump in and provide me with my options since there is not direct support because of covid 19??
I can't help but think my device is of substandard quality. Why did I spend so much money on such a problematic device???
