Voice cues from Charge 3

Hi all, I have been using Strava to record all my runs and have just really realized it’s just as easy to record on the Fitbit and for it to sync over. But I really like voice cues from Strava.

id like to get voice cues on my Fitbit charge 3. The issue with Strava was starting and ending the activity on my phone. I just want to put it in its arm pocket after I start my music, do my pre walk and then want to record the run from the device. I like this option on the device.

But I can’t seem to figure out how to get voice cues to work from when I start the exercise on my watch. Is it possible or not?
