I've been using my Fitbit for several years. It stop syncing to my laptop Uusing a dongle), Samsung tablet and Samsung mobile. I deleted device on my account to reload but now it doesn't even show as an option for pairing on any device. All information is correct on watch face but my devices don't recognize it. What should I do?

Hi @friend4 Try uninstalling and reinstalling the App on your phone or tablet then log back in and try the set up again. Also before attempting this check you have removed your Charge 2 from the bluetooth settings on your device you are trying it on.
