I have a Charge 2 and take daily walks. I love when the "walk" shows up on my dashboard with the map and detailed info on my walk.
Now the walk is missing from my dashboard for some reason and I haven't changed a thing!
I read a reply on this same issue asked by another user- log off and log back on. I've tried this several times and it doesn't work! GPS is connected and location for precise location is on. Both phone and app are synced.
Do you have any other things I can try as I really miss not having walk on my dashboard after a walk.

I've been having the same problem since the beginning of August. Its really frustrating as ive had my charge 2 for 8 years with no problems until now. When i spoke to a customer support member they just told me to disconnect my phone and any other fitness app as it interferes but it hasn't worked and makes no sense when i had no issues before.
They really havent been helpful so Im debating switching to Garmin or another brand.
