After speaking to technical support, I have an ssue with the Wallet Tile not showing in the mobile app.

I have Android 9, latest version of the app 3.12 in the uk.

Charge 3 is pay enabled.

My location is set to UK in settings on the mobile app.  (I live in Jersey Channel Islands)

I cant for the life of work out why I cannot see the Wallet tile, and why wallet cant be used on the web dashboard so I can input my card?

Any assistance please would be great, thanks 🙂

Hi there @Timmymarsh, welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided. I'll be glad to help you.

As our Support Team was trying to explain, this may occur due because the customer's country doesn't support Fitbit Pay. If there are no banks in your country, you won't be able to see the Wallet tile in the Fitbit app. For a listed of supported banks/countries, see: Banks & Transit Supporting Fitbit Pay.

To see the Wallet tile in the Fitbit app, you need to set the Profile Settings Location in the app to your country of residence.

  1. From the Fitbit app dashboard, tap the Account icon.
  2. Tap or click the tile with your name.
  3. Tap or click the gear icon.
  4.  Tap Add Location. (NOTE: You can choose to make this setting private)
  5.

I was also looking for an answer to fix this issue.  The Fitbit Wallet has never been in my app even though I have it set for Virginia.  How am I able to use Fitbit Pay without it showing up?

@MarreFitbit I am in the Uk and have the same problem on with my Versa 2.  Wallet shows up on the watch but has no cards attached.  Neither Google Pay nor Fitbit pay show up in the app itself, despite location being to UK and uk banks showing as available when checked via the link posted above.  The menu on the app also looks slightly different to that shown above with there being no apparant way to lock/hide location?

So having chatted with customer service, the "best answer" post is factually correct.

However, the actual clear reason seems to be, that despite Google Pay, Apple Pay and no doubt others having arrangements with all the usual UK banks and having Smartwatch wallet apps that work in UK win no issues, Fitbit do not appear to have such arrangements with mainstream UK banks and or building societies, therefore the Fitbit Wallet App is best part of useless in the UK.

Time for a different brand of smartwatch perhaps.....
