I have had FitBits for 10+ years and am no longer willing to support after customer service interactions this morning. Last night , the connector part of the actual fitbit sheared off, which I now see is a very common problem for the Charge 4. After contacting customer service, they provided 35% off code, that EXCLUDES the Charge 5 and of course the Charge 4 is out of stock. SO frustrating. Spoke with 2 representatives looking for an explanation as to why the Charge 5 is excluded and I got essentially "we don't know the answer, these are the rules." I was going to overnight a Charge 5, but it is excluded. So my other option is the Luxe which I was not a fan of prior. Looks like I will be switching sides to Garmin.
