My band is broken and my fit it is less than a year old. I can’t seem to contact Fitbit due to the limitations they’ve set around COVID-19 and their availability. Before I buy a new band out of pocket, is there another way to get ahold of Fitbit since they don’t have their customer service chat up and running right now?

If you were trying phone support, it is just closed on weekends and will be back during the week.
