Warranty on my Charge 4.

I have a Fitbit Charge 4 which is not working.  My previous Charge 3 failed and I got a discount to buy a new Charge 4.  That didn't last very long.  Returned it and got a new replacement.  Now that too has failed.  Fitbit says that 'since the item was previously replaced, they can't replace it again. Thanks for understanding.'   They replaced with a defective unit.  What's with that?  I'm done with Fitbit.

It seems that I have got my previous Fitbit Charge 4 going now.  I'm keeping my fingers crossed; hope it lasts. It's the one that had wrist band connection issues.  I have managed to get the band on.

Maybe I spoke too soon.  Can't seem to get the sleep monitor going.
