My Charge 3, purchased in September 2019, has two black horizontal lines across the top of the display and has more recently developed vertical gray lines over the whole display. Additionally, the GPS data is inaccurate and not suitable to provide accurate data for fitness purposes. I have tried restarting the device as advised in posts on the community boards, but these have been unsuccessful in solving the problems.
Given that this device does not function properly, what is the process required to obtain a refund of my purchase price?
