Water intake is not showing on Charge 3

Hello! I log my water intake on the app but it doesn’t syncs to the watch. Can anyone help with this?

Welcome on board @jgilbride, it's nice to see you around here! If you did log your water intake in the Fitbit app and this information is not being showed up on your Charge 3, I'd recommend doing the following:

• Make sure that your Fitbit app is up-to-date
• Log out of your Fitbit app
• Force quit the app
• Restart your tracker 
• Turn off the Bluetooth
• Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes
• Turn on the Bluetooth
• Log back into your Fitbit app

Charge 3 does not includes an option to track water in the device itself. However, I'd recommend making a Feature Suggestion asking for it. This is the best place to post it as other users can vote for the idea as well and show support. The more votes, the better.

Thank you! I got it to work so it synchronizes now. YES!! If we could track water on the device that would be fantastic!!

Mine still doesn’t sync water in take or even my sleep and I’ve done everything, from restarting, removing the app, turning on and off the Bluetooth and nothing What should I do?

I have done all of the troubleshooting tips & it still isn’t working ?
