Weather app reverts back to Fahrenheit from Celsius

Hi there,

My weather app keeps reverting temperature back from Fahrenheit to Celsius and also forgets the cities I've added. I've tried changing the temperature in settings from Fahrenheit to Celsius and adding cities again, making sure I've synced (according to: https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Charge-3/Weather-in-Celsius-Charge-3/td-p/2993639 for example) but after a few days it reverts back to the default which is Fahrenheit and removes my added cities.

Fitbit device: Fitbit Charge 3

Mobile device: iPhone 7S

Welcome to the Community, @loua96.

Thanks for troubleshooting this weather issue. Please make sure to be doing the following:

If the weather doesn't update, check the following settings:

If you change locations, sync your device to see your new location in the Weather app.

To change the units used for the temperature in the Weather app:

  1. In the Fitbit app, tap the Today tab

     > your profile picture > your device image > Apps.
  2. Tap the gear icon

next to Weather. You may need to swipe up to find the app.
  3. In the Temperature Unit section, tap Units and choose the unit you want to use.
  4. Sync your device and then open the Weather app

on your device to see the updated units.

Let me know the outcome. 🙂
