Weather isn't syncing to Charge 3

Weather app on Charge 3 stopped working. When first got it worked fine, now always get message to sync with phone and even when I do that doesn’t work.

If the weather doesn't update, check the following settings:

• Location services must be turned on for the Fitbit app. For instructions, see How do I allow the Fitbit app to use my phone's GPS? 
• All-day sync must be turned on in the Fitbit app.
• The Fitbit app must remain running in the background on your phone.

If you change locations, sync your device to see your new location in the Weather app.
