My device shows as being connected in Bluetooth and on my dashboard on my phone but on my desktop it says no device paired.  Also my Fitbit info is not showing up in My Fitness Pal. Also my scale is not showing up either. Once again my weight shows up on the dashboard but the scale is not listed.

@staneheman Thanks for stopping by! 

Let me help you with your Charge 2 not showing on your website Dashboard. When this happens it is usually when you use a different email address when logging on the website. The account should show the same data on your phone, on your computer or any other device so please check the email addresses are the same on the phone and browser.

I don't understand your clarification. On the dashboard on my desktop the only paired item showing is the Aria scale. In bluetooth devices the charge 2 is paired but it doesn't show up on the dashboard. When I follow(the instructions on how to add a device)  the option to add a device does not show up.
