Weekend Warrior--Crush your goal on both days--

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.
I need a little help: I have done three Weekend Warrior challenges and placed first each time. Each challenge, I have increased my step goal first at 10,000; then, 13,000; and the last, 15,000. This last weekend I did a little over 66,000 steps on Saturday and a little over 19,000 steps on Sunday. Shouldn't I have received that 'crush your goal on both days' trophy? I have the first place and personal best, but crushing your goal on both days, I don't. Is there something more than the step goal that counts towards that?

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @JessicaKiar, hope you're doing great today Smiley Very Happy

You can earn trophies by coming in first place in a challenge or completing your goal. You can also earn trophies for achieving a personal best in a challenge or for achieving your step goal for each day of the challenge.

We've been having issues with where users report that they've beaten their personal best within a Challenge, but have not received Personal Best trophy. Keep in mind that we're already aware of this issue and we've passed it on to our engineering team for research.

I appreciate your patience with this matter. Please let me know if we can assist you further.

Thank you so much for your help! Have a great day! Once the issue is resolved, it will automatically show on my Fitbit account, right? Or, I will get a notice saying it's been fixed?

Has this issue been resolved?  I own I a Fitbit Alta since Nov 2016.  This is still happening.  I met my goal both days this past weekend and it was not recognized.

It is almost the end of 2019 and it apparently isn't fixed yet because I didn't get mine either
