I had been receiving emails with my weekly fitness reports. I have not received them for 3 weeks now. I hav checked my "Junk" folder and they are not there either. Any way of getting backdated reports and especially - how to I ensure that I receive them again.

Lots of people have been affected by this and haven't received emails. Fitbit are aware and looking into it.

I was missing reports for two weeks, then received one which made me notice the missing reports. I'm hoping for a way to get backdated reports so am following this post.

I just received one for 6/13 to 6/19. But not older ones yet.
