Weekly leaderboard on the Fitbit app isn't correct

If I sync my charge 3 the daily total is accurate however the weekly total in the community area is not syncing for some reason. E.g I have walked 80,000+ steps this week yet my total isn’t he community section states 60,000. How can this be fixed? I have the most recent software update and the app is also up to date. I also have access for the app to use mobile data so there shouldn’t be any reason why this is happening. My husband who also has the Charge 3 is also experiencing this issue yet he used android apposed to my iPhone

Let me help you with your weekly steps total not showing the correct data. If you mean the leaderboard shown in the Friends area under Community then I would like to explain that this will show the last 7 days of steps from the current day so if you view today Tuesday then you will see the steps from Wednesday to today so in the morning you will see a decrease as this day starts from zero. This creates a continued competition between friends. If this isn't what you are referring to then please provide a screenshot of what you are seeing and one from the activities area.
