On my app it says I walked 100,141 last week. The progress report says I walked 99,997 steps. How are they not synced

@Dawn5 Thanks for being part of our Community! Sorry for the delay in my reply.

Let me help you with your Weekly report not showing all the steps you see on your account. The report is issued with the data that has been uploaded to your account. If you don't sync periodically then some data may be missing that you will see later on your account (once you sync your tracker). I suggest you sync Sunday evening and early Monday to make sure all your week's data have been uploaded to your account. This way your Weekly Report will reflect all your steps.

Let me know how it goes.

This week doesn’t match either. On my Fitbit app it states I took over 92,000 steps but my weekly report says 90,174. Thats 2 weeks in a row. I sync up every night or after each work out I do. I’m a numbers girl & need to see it. There’s a glitch with the app, the watch or the way the weekly report is calculated.
