For the last couple of weeks, my weekly step count summary (received by email) has been completely inaccurate only recording my step count for a single day. Having checked my dashboard it would appear to hold accurate step data from the previous week so why do I receive an inaccurate weekly email which has been quite disheartening!

Me too. As a follow up to try and pin point the problem. My weekly report listed only 1672 steps for Monday, nothing else. I had written down (old school paper) my 90,000 plus steps so I logged in and downloaded only the activity for the month in the CSV format. That report was correct and show the Monday's steps to be incorrect. The download listed everything Except that every date after 09/09 had ######## as a value. Did you see this behavior? Could the missing dates cause the problem?
