If I do the same workout routine once in normal auto recognise exercise the other when I start the “weights” exercise to monitor . My heart rates are different by at least 20 ????
why is this ?
lifting weights after starting a “weights workout” my hr is average 130

but if I forget to start a “weights workout “ my heart rate is around 90-100 ????
any reason why ?

Thank you for visiting the Fitbit Community, @Ceoede123.

Thanks for the information provided.

Your Fitbit Charge 3 uses SmartTrack to automatically recognize the following activities:

Since Weights is not mentioned in the list above, your Tracker will still record your heart-rate and some calories burned but the results might not be accurate. For those activities not tracked automatically, we recommend starting them manually.
