Can this be fixed? Or do I have to buy a new fit bit.

This happened to ours...we contacted them as less than a year old. They were going to send a replacement( don't think it was going to be a new one). The parcel arrived on Monday...empty. Flimsy packaging that had been opened. Handed straight back to royal mail to return. Did an online chat to fitbit as was told we were a high priority- that was Monday night- yet to hear anything.
