What does this battery sign mean?

I tried resetting my fitbit, and left it charging but I still cannot power it on. I have this battery sign without the lighting symbol, just an empty battery but i do not think it is charging.. please help

Hello Rich, thanks for taking time to reply. I can't seem to find a picture of the symbol online, and I have taken a picture but can't seem to upload the photo on this forum page? Is there somewhere I can email the photo for you to look at? thanks

That is the symbol for a full battery. An empty battery would not be filled in. Is the tracker plugged in while this symbol is displayed? 

As for adding pictures. Tap the camera above the entry box. Then choose file or camera.
