Specifically, when the rubber strap delaminates from the mechanism that clips to the watch.
This has happened for all three Fitbits I've ever had.
I've given up trying to get them replaced.
I sure hope that whoever designed this strap mechanism has either been fired, or been told to design a strap that works.
Because I'm sure not buying a new Fitbit watch that has this terrible strap design.

Let me help you with your damaged Charge 2 band. I don't suggest you glue your band. If you have any issue please let our Support team so they can further assist you. I noticed that you already have a ticket with them so keep working with the team to find a solution. Also thank you for the feedback regarding the band design.
