What is Fitbit’s response to the charge 3 users who cannot read the screen

My Fitbit charge 3  is impossible to read, to see - rendering it sort of useless. There are multiple users here with the same problem - we’ve all tried the workarounds - it doesn’t work. It seems that after a few years the screen is impossible to read. What will fitbit do for their customers?

I wonder too !

I am on my 3:rd (or is it 4:th ?) Charge 3 now.

Now this one has the same problem: Black screen,

I have complained be4 and I got a new without cost (Good !)

But this time I only get 35% discount on a new - Why is that I do wonder

Hi Micke,

 

Did fibit respond to the request in the forum or did you go directly to customer service. I would take $s toward an upgrade. If i turn on a light i can't see 5he screen. Crazy,
