What is normal for sleep Per age group

 What is considered normal for sleep as far as percentage in light sleep, REM sleep, and deep sleep? 

 How does that differ with different age groups?

@Kenbob, while viewing your sleep record for the day, select the Benchmark icon and it will load a display of your numbers and the averages for a person of your sex & age:

Looked every where for this answer.

I want to know this too. I am 69. Am I been compared to a group that includes 75 year Olds? 80 year olds?

If I change my birth date it doesn’t seem to matter how my score is calculated.
