Every time I work out it doesn't read my heart rate but once I slow down my heart rate shows up. Could my heart rate be too high to read?

The highest mine has ever read was 173 bpm, anything higher and it has not read it. Hope that helps. 🙂

@holliecos A warm welcome to our Fitbit Community! Seems odd that your heart rate is not being read properly unless you slow down. Thanks for your contribution my friend @pinkpeanit. Hope this helps to @holliecos. In addition, I'd like you to take a look at this help article that will explain more info about how Fitbit tracks your heart rate and where to wear it in order to have accurate readings.
Let me know if the problem persist my friend and I'll be around!

@Pilotrunner I'm sorry for the late response. However, I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Charge HR since it's not tracking your heart rate accurately.
Please restart your Charge HR as described in this help article (select "Other Devices"). This will refresh your tracker internally. After this, please check out this help page, which explains how your Charge HR tracks your heart rate.
Finally, make sure of the following details:
* Make sure your device is positioned correctly on your wrist:
Monitor your tracker for the next 24 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.
Keep me posted on the outcome!
