What kind of technology fules this?

I recieved a new charge 4 after my old one (in Warranty ) started to give me bad heart readings.

Now the new one that I have been using for about a month is doing the same.

If I am walking at 3.7 mph and my heart rate is at 128 bpm and i dont change my speed or pace why is it dropping to 66 or 72 bpm? and I'm getting credit for 45 floors climbed that I didn't climb, 79 the other day.

Now given the fact that your calories etc. are calculated by the information collected by your Fitbit, this means that all the information except maybe steps is incorrect.

Is there something I'm overlooking about Fitbit? or have I been getting incorrect information since 2015?

I would call support but I usually cant understand what they are saying.

Could someone shed some light on this annoying problem for me?

So I have to reply to my own inquiry

I realize that most of the replies on the forum are made by fitbit employees to cover their own asses, So Obviously by not answering my question you have no idea what kind of Junk your selling, or much else about it.

I Will Reach Out To Cooperate to see if anyone at that level has an answer for me.

Sadly this is mainly a self help forum, there are staff, but sadly they are not greatly empowered and only have limited resources, despite this they don’t on average do badly.

You do occasionally see threads that they have not replied to, if that’s because they have not seen the thread or ………………. Who can say
