Ever fix it??  I made mistake of unpairing from one phone to pair to another not realizing this would happen.  So frustrating!  Otherwise it works fine!!!

This makes me sooo mad! I went to customer support and they said device was defective!? It certainly is not!!

There has to be a workaround. Not good.

No. The 4 digit number is not coming up on the screen.

@DaveD1977 Thank you for joining us in this thread. Since the code is not showing on the screen, please restart your Fitbit device as described in this help article. After this, try the setup process again as instructed in this help page and see if the code appears and your tracker can be set up properly.

Hope this helps.

I have the same problem. I have a replacement and the warranty has expired.  It would seem that there would be a master code that Fitbit could send to you by email or text to reset the Charge 3.  I am interested in what is done when the Fitbit is returned to the factory during the warranty period. Are customers automatically given a new one?  If it is the battery, then Fitbit should let us know that the battery life is "x" number of years.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Qurious1.

The 4 digit code will appear every time you try to pair your Fitbit device.

I hope this information helps.

Same problem. I can't get it to pair because I have no code. I can't even try to make the screen brighter if I can't attach to it.
