Clearly there’s a known issue of Fitbit bands breaking off at the connection piece, it’s all over the Fitbit forums and reviews of new Fitbit products. Is this issue being fixed in an upcoming release or is Fitbit going to continue to ignore this? This is my 2nd time having a tracker and the band connector broke to where I’ve literally had to super glue my band to the Fitbit in order to wear it. I’ve consistently owned a Fitbit since 2016 and I really enjoy the Fitbit community but I’m tired of buying new trackers. They SHOULD NOT only last one year before dying completely or breaking and it should not be so hard to just have the connector piece fixed opposed to buying a new tracker, it’s getting a bit ridiculous! You have all of these features on the trackers but the durability of the actual watch is trash! I don’t want to quit on you all, please do better for the sake of your loyal customers and provide durable products.
