Does anyone know if it will be compatible with fitbit because my flex seems to be working but not my charge 2?

Hi @den1529 Unfortunately the Honour 9 is not on the Supported Devices List and when or if it will be added is not something Fitbit will say.

I know it seems strange that one tracker is working and syncing but not the charge2. Have you tried removing the flex from the app and from the phones paired list, and then tried the charge 2? That might work. Otherwise try the suggestions in THIS Help Article on syncing problems.
