It's been about 3 weeks since the firmware was announced, when will this firmware go to wide release? Has there been an issue with the rollout. Inquiring minds want to know.

Thank you for your question about when will the new firmware version of the Fitbit Charge 3 available to every user.

 

At the moment, we don't have information about this topic. Once any update be available it will be communicated as soon as possible. You can visit once in a while the main thread about the new firmware version. Thank you for your patience.
