Where can I buy these. Tried Amazon and Ebay,  both sell junk ones

Hi @202alan.  The Charge 3 and 4 use the same strap.  They are both discontinued, so Fitbit brand straps aren’t available from the Google Store.  Your only option is a third party brand.  I would focus on brands with verified reviews.  And a clear return policy.
