I want to find a “book” of directions on how to use this thing. I suspect I could get my moneys worth if I had some directions instead of asking one question at a time.

@jelle2  For manual, click Help near top right of this page, then click  the tracker you have.  It will take you to the general help page for that tracker, and right above "Quick Links" is a link to the manual.
