I have a Fitbit charge 2 and I’ve been loooking for a new strap as mine has worn out. I’ve looked on websites for a new one but isn’t the proper Fitbit strap.

So could anyone suggest where I can purchase a new one?

Hello @alib_28

Classic, sports or leather bands are available at the Fitbit Store - click to go there

They are made for a Charge 2 and are in a variety of colors. I'm sure you'll find something you like.

Amazon has tons of different kinds of straps and under $20, I ordered a Milanese Stainless Steel Magnetic replacement band one from Swees and I am very pleased with the quality, fit and style. I'm sure you'll find something to FitBit your style too. 😉

Magnetic bands may effect accuracy.  It did mine, and Fitbit says they will, just a heads up.

I am having this issue with my Charge 2 in the UK all the usual retailers including the fitbit store online for the UK no longer have the strap. When I use the US store it gives me an error at checkout 😞

I have contacted fitbit support and as usual they were great. my tracker is under warranty and they are sending a replacement but I am a little worried that when I break this one I won't find another.

Hi @ninks

You sound like me. I like to be sure I'm prepared just in case something happens to my existing band.

You could try Amazon, as they have many third party sellers that may have something you'd like in a band.

Just to let you Boots (in the UK) have the small classic band on their site for £2, it isn't what I need but it may be good for others on the forum.

I do like to be prepared but it also seems a shame to have to get rid of the device just because there are no more straps available. I am always hesitant to buy non genuine straps as I feel they may damage the fitbit but I will take a look. Thanks for taking the time to respond and I will check out the link you sent as well.

@ninks  I agree. Once the warranty period is over, using a third party strap wouldn't invalidate it. Now finding the perfect replacement band is the next step. It is possible some retailers might have the Charge 2 bands on clearance. I've seen them before in Best Buy and Target. Happy hunting.
