As @WendyB said there aren't repair centers but I would like to know what it is happening with your Charge 2. Is it having a physical problem or is it something else? Have you tried any troubleshoots? Still you can let our Support team know about the issue as previously described but if it is an issue that can be troubleshooted with simple instructions then we will be more than happy to help you. Also check the warranty for more information.

My strap is torn and I have lost my charger. My watch was not on with my

I'm using fit bit versa , have a battery issue.its drain drastically with in half a day battery comes under 20 % where can i service in Chennai and also please send a link  to buy battery for  fit bit versa.

My Fitbit versa suddenly shows a very dim display even when brightness is set at max. Battery got fully discharged in half a day from 99% charge. Where can this be repaired in Chennai, India?

Fitbit service is very bad in India. I have bought the watch and it is the 3rd watch which is waste as there is no service center. I have stopped feeling Fitbit is worth it in India as they don't even care to even replace the watch which is not working after a year timeframe quoting the policies.

Not sure the hardware was done intentionally to go waste after a year.

Better go for cheaper watches which is better than fitbit

Fitibit don't have any service in india. Just we have to throw it in dustbin as they will not also care to replace it.

I totally agree with the fact that it is not worth spending such a costly
watch for those who stay in India. I bought three Versa watches in Jul &
Aug 2018 at a cost of US $200/- each. Within one and a half years (by Jan
2020) two of these have stopped working; totally dead. Any amount of
pressing all three keys together etc were of no use. Both are not charging
nor is there any display.

As regards the third watch, the charge goes off in about four to five hours
since Jan 2020. I am compelled to keep on charging them at least three
times a day & also throughout the night. With this, though it is working,
all indications(on completion of 10000 steps, 250 steps in the hour,
incoming calls in mobile etc) have stopped working.

On representing these defects to ‘Fitbit Customer Care’ I was advised to
buy new watches and throw the old ones.

If we spend $200 for this watch which works for less than 18 months,
certainly this is not worth it.

I strongly advise to for cheaper watches, which also may serve the same
purpose for the same length of time.

Exactly it was frustrating, would have got for 2k ,3k Chinese smart watches those are many time better than crappy fitbit. worst consumer response.
