Where can I set alarms for the Charge 3?

I’m on ios and can no longer find silent alarms tab on my phone. I know they’re on the watch but I keep getting an alarm come on early morning which says it’s off. I want to be able to check/ sort this from my phone. 

 

Where is this please?

Hi @Bex1820  the alarms are now found on the actual device and no longer on the app. Try removing the alarm again and then sync. The alarm has a little slider that turns it off and on. Might be a slight move of the finger turned it back on. Let us know what happens.
