There is no information about Charge 3.

Accidentally edited the food line off my iPhone. Can I get it back?

Thanks for the details shared in your post. In addition to what @Odyssey13 has mentioned, if just the food tile is missing on the Fitbit app, you can do the following to add it back: 

 

  1. On the Today tab, tap Edit.
  2. To add a stat tile, swipe down and find the stat you want to add > tap Add.
  3. Tap Done.
