Im finding no-where that i can leave feedback or even ask questions if i want a genuine straight answer from FitBit. I orderd a new strap for my wifes Charge2 back in october. I knew it would not ship till november, but asked half way through, where my item might be. Just got an answer "will be shipped in november". SO...i asked again near the end.."in a week" ..that was 2 weeks ago.I have asked for a refund yesterday, and got an email late last night.."its been shipped"?? Nothing else, no APOLOGY, nothing. So checked tracking and get nothing from it. Its not a huge amount of money, pence really, but the fact of no apology in all the time ive been in contact as to why or when or anything, thats what gets me now-a-days when trying to deal with companies, why can they not just give that small amount of customer care when dealing with anyone. I still want my refund and do not want to deal with FitBit at all really because of this, but i guess im going to get the run-around......

They think they are invincible and will have repeaters. No. People will now go to apple and garmin. Google is great for helping customers - Fitbit needs to follow suit

Another company is just that, a company other than Fitbit. In one case the product was an on demand water heater smaller than a shoebox.

Just wanted to give my review. Dont waste your money. It has very few phones or computers it is compatible with. You can't change anything on the phone manually. If you want to purchase a $600.00 plus phone just so your $150.00 watch will work then go for it. Very poor design just to suckered you into an expensive watch. Any $30.00 fitness tracker will do everything a fitbit does, so keep that in mind when you're looking for a fitness tracker.

@WillEat your comment can also be said about every other fitness tracker on the market.
Even Garmin has a list of what phones have been tested. And like fitbit users found the list is considerably larger.
Apple on the other hand only works for a few phone models and they only seem to be apple. Of course this means that the same company designed the phone, the watch, the Operating system, and the software. Even then the complaints are many.
Android on the other end has 1 company write the operating system, many companies make the hardware, and each of these companies make their own changes to the OS, then add an additional company that built the tracker hardware and the software
Yes I know several that threw their AW away, replaced with a Fitbit and are happy.

So Rich, how much are they paying you for blowing smoke in places you shouldn’t be. The Fitbit is a very expensive **ahem**!

They ARE horrible and I’m. It sure where the other party is finding his information and how old it is but to each his own.

My husband got an Apple Watch thinking he could use it in place of his fitbit but when we tried to set it up we found out we had to have an iPhone to do it. Are there any that don't need the iPhone?

Unfortunately, I believe you need to have another Apple device (Mac, phone, iPad, etc.) to synch it to. That’s too bad because I love it. I was not an Apple advocate years ago but now I have several of their devices. I actually have a Fitbit that I purchased last Christmas, knowing I was going to switch back to android, and the android didn’t do well in my area so I went back to my iPhone. I now have a Fitbit Versa that I should really sell. Sorry about your frustration.

Apple watches need to be setup through an apple device.
The newer models do not need any phone once setup. I've seen workarounds to use these with an android phone.

A shady company with terrible customer service practices, never seen anything like it. Apparently, there are thousands upon thousands of negative reviews online on EVERY review site. Which means they understand they have a terrible product, that many times don't even last a couple of weeks so they just turn off any reasonable way to contact them (which is a huge indication of what they believe of their own products).
