Where has the silent alarm gone

My app has updated but I now can't find where to set the silent alarm through the app, can anyone help me??

In app click on person symbol in upper left corner.

It takes you to the account page.

Click on your device (Charge 3).

You will see listed - Silent Alarms. Click on that.

Hmm, with the "old" dashboard, we either tap the "+" symbol at the bottom of the screen or the Charge 3 symbol at upper left corner to directly get to Silent Alarms.

Can someone please explain the logic behind tapping the Account symbol FIRST, THEN tapping Charge 3 to set an alarm with the new experience?

I'm not sure that there's logic to it, but what seems to have happened is that they have removed the shortcut to the settings via the "+" on the main screen. The alarm settings have always been on the device settings but now we don't have the shortcut. There is some logic with the alarms being on the device settings rather than the account settings as with some fitbits you set the alarm on the device rather than the app.

This process used to work for me until I updated the firmware. Now silent alarm is gone. I have disconnected And reconnected my Charge 3.

@Hamule with the latest firmware update for the Charge 3 the alarms are now set on the Charge 3 rather than the on the phone app. You should find an alarm app on the fitbit itself.

I am unable to find my silent alarms.  Looking on my device but can't find it there either.  Can someone point me to how to find it on my device?

On the clock screen of the Charge 3 swipe left until you see the alarms app
