Charge 2 has cracked screen. Fitbit wants photos including one with the logo. Can’t find it anywhere and don’t have original wristband either. Any ideas??

Hello @Barb27, welcome to the Community forums.
I'm sorry to see you've been having trouble with your Charge 2. I haven't seen the Fitbit logo located on the tracker itself, there is however a logo on the wristband, but if you're not using the original one, you wouldn't see this logo located on the bottom wristband.
I would recommend that you ask to Customer Support for clarification, and that you let them know that you're not using the original band, so they can provide you with the next steps.
