I know, I know, it's been asked a million times, but still...
I want to fix my Charge 4 myself, because it's working fine, it's just the band connector that's faulty. All I want is the connector. I found one on Ebay, but it's sold out. Is there any way or possibilty to buy these seperately?
(and why is Fitbit so eager to NOT allow this?)
Thanks!

Hi @Marcooooo Fitbit has never sold replacement parts for their devices. You could do as many others have done in your situation. Amazon sellers have a protective cover band which encompasses the pebble portion of the Charge 4. Might be that would be your best solution, too.

Hi @Odyssey13 thanks for your reply. I've seen the protective cover bands which surrounds the entire tracker, but... I don't like them. I like the fact that the Charge 4 is so small and skinny and those cover bands make them a bit more chunky. I was hoping there was a fix. These days, when environmental issues are a hot topic, I would guess a fix would be a better alternative than throwing away and order a new one.
A fix should be possible, and I guess given the parts that are being sold there might be, but they're sold out so I was hoping for another option... Thanks anyway.

I just ordered a bumper case from ebay. My watch was purchased last year on Oct 10th and failed this year on Oct 31st. What kind of crap is that? I had my old one for years and it actually still works, I just wanted one with GPS. Going to loose some customers if they haven't figured this issue out yet!
