Where to find meaning of "new" symbols on Charge 2?

Opposite side from feedback panel (next to skin) are two blinking green lights ...first time this has appeared... also there is a "flame symbol" on the feedback area where other symbols appear (heart rate, steps).   How can I access complete meaning of such symbols/feedback?

The green lights sound like the LED lights the heart rate monitoring uses. The flame symbol is usually "calories burned".

What is the difference between these 2 heart symbols.  Recently i have started to see the  bottom one ( found these pictures on the website)
