I can’t find anywhere on the site who we email/contact for support? I can BARELY see the screen on my Fitbit. Restarting, brightness is set to normal. There is also total black in the top left corner so the first number of my steps doesn’t show at all, and the rest is just so dim it’s nearly u usable and just getting worse as time goes on. 

cant find an email or # to call?

Fitbit customer support is doing their best, but right now be prepared for longer wait times. Please be patient. Support is limited by the number of representatives available at a given time and the hours of operation. Chat lines are open when they have live help.
