I previously had a flex which was great with my old Sony Xperia Xa1, however since getting a new Xa1 it won't sync to it. I've purchased a Charge HR and this too will not sync. It's android version 8 and I've been through instructions and tips to other users with this same problem and I'm still having no joy. I would like to know which trackers are compatible with this phone? So I do not have this problem again.
