Sounds like I’m experiencing the same problem a lot of other Charge3 owners are having. Out of nowhere today, my display started showing white lines through it and the vertical and horizontal swipe is no longer responding properly. I’ve tried the suggestions like rebooting, clearing the data, a long restart, changing the clock face, etc and nothing seems to fix the issue. I love my charge 3 but this is extremely upsetting if this is an issue that will repeat. Anyone else have any solutions?

I experienced this, too. They shipped me a new replacement.

Yeah Fitbit is refusing to send me a new one since my warranty ended in January. So now they are telling me that I have to buy a new one but that they can offer me 25% off. I’m just extremely frustrated since clearly this issue with the white lines has been ongoing for a few years now and it still hasn’t been fixed so why would I want to keep spending money buying their product? Sounds like most users were fortunate enough to be within their warranty but for those that aren’t, be prepared that you will have to buy a new one.
