Has anyone seen this before, and do I take this as my screen is dead?
I highly doubt its repairable 😢

I'm having the same issue. Did a Live Chat with Support. They had me try a few things, none of which worked. So they are reviewing my account to see if I have any warranty options. You may want to try contacting them.

Check with Customer Support on Live Chat. They've offered me a discount on another Fitbit since mine is out of warranty. Considering it.
