My charge 3 has faded white lines on the screen. I have tried resetting it. It doesn't clear the screen, I bought this less than 9 months ago. From all the posts on here this seems to be a common problem.

Hi @Lmattuchio, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that the screen of your Charge 3 shows white lines across. I totally understand how you feel about this and I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.
I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via phone. I'm glad to hear that a solution was provided and you are will be back on track with a replacement unit.

Spoke to some one on the support team and they were very helpful, they are sending me a replacement, the process was very simple and they were very helpful.
