White lines on my screen

My fit has gained 3 white lines and it's hard to touch the screen as it's not working very well ?

 

I have tried re setting the fit bit but no luck 

 

Any ideas

My Charge 3 started showing lines all through the face 4 days to a week ago and it is continuing to get worse everyday.  Today is stopped tracking my heartrate.  I pre-purchased this model when my last Fitbit died so I'm not sure if I received a beta version.  Either way it is very disappointing and I believe it is in it's final stages of life. 

 

They should last longer☹️
