I wear my fit bit Charge 3 religiously. I only take it off to shower.
Last night at work, I went to check the time and my display has vertical white lines running through it. It had been fine all day.
A quick search on here led me to some results to hopefully fix it. I charged it all night, and this morning tried to reset it by holding down the button on the side until the smiley face appeared. Unfortunately, it didn't help with anything. And since last night, the White lines have actually spread and gotten worse.

This issue you reported is affecting me as well. Did you contact Customer Service and were they of any help? I have done several restarts as I have seen suggested and that process has made no difference. I can barely read the date and time at this point.

Did you get a fix to this? I saw elsewhere someone say the only thing they did differently before it happened was let the battery run really low and I did that too today and these lines have appeared.
