My Fitbit started to get a white line through the date last week. Now the screen is all white. I have restarted it. What does Fitbit do to help? Anyone else had this problem?

I contacted them today b/c my screen is whited out and I can't scroll on it. I did several hard re-sets and changed the clock face a few different times. Nothing worked. They only offered me 25% off a new one. I have the Special Edition Charge 3 and even w/that discount, I can't afford the $90. We'll be researching other more affordable companies.
