Hi,
Since yesterday my Fitbit charge 3 is showing whites stripes across the screen.
I've rebooted it a couple of times. And cleared user data (read this is responses to people with the same problem). But nothing is helping. The screen seems te become less responsive too. It takes quite some effort to get to the settings menu.
The Fitbit is from September 2019. I bought it online via bol.com in the Netherlands.
Is there something I can do to fix it?
Thanks! Saskia

You can't fix this. Contact Bol.com. They will ask you to send is back. The Charge 3 will probably replaced.
Gr, Martin.

Exactly the same happened to mine about 10 days ago.
Mine was purchased new and boxed from eBay in July last year. It was an "unwanted gift" & was brand new in box when I got it and I linked it to my Fitbit App the day I got it.
Had a number of small issues which a hard re-boot solved, so I automatically re-boot it every time I put it on charge now, but will not fix this.
Also the crap strap broke after about 4 months, but hey. replacements only a couple of pounds so no issues there......
Appreciate as I bought from eBay there's probably little that I can do other than accept it, or will Fitbit still replace this as not fit for purpose? (It is still tracking stuff, but screen also a lot less responsive to touch now, as well as the white stripes across making it hard to read even the time in certain lights.
